BLACK EYED BEANS

Botanical name: Vigna unguiculata/Phaseolus unguiculatus.

It has a large white color with a mild flavor and a slightly grainy texture. Black-eyed beans are nutrient-rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals such as iron and zinc. This type of bean is produced in the coastal region, northern Perú.
